The EDBT website is a nonprofit dog behavior and training services site based in Austin, Texas. By using the EDBT website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Residents of Texas have certain rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) which may be exercised free of charge up to two times per year, provided that in cases where the requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of complying with the request or decline to comply with the request.

8. Children Under Thirteen
EDBT does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

From time to time, EDBT may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
