Training Center Supervisor
We’re seeking a Supervisor to lead our team of dog trainers at our Community Center. The ideal candidate is a people-first leader, passionate about helping staff grow and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This person will ensure every community member receives top-notch service and training, with a focus on making programs accessible to all, regardless of background or financial status.
The Supervisor will oversee all operations at our training facility—from scheduling classes and managing inventory to tracking budgets and creating strategies for inclusive outreach. Reporting to the Executive Director, they will lead with compassion, centering equity in all their practices to remove barriers for those seeking our services.
Class and Agility Trainer
Do you love teaching positive reinforcement group classes, from puppy kindergarten through advanced manners? Are you an agility fanatic who thrives on helping new folks try the sport?
